- Location: The arbitration shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Judgment: Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
